Heather Koell is the founder and steward of The Well, a rural community care sanctuary in Coos County, Oregon.
Her work lives at the intersection of caregiving, art, education, family advocacy, rural resilience, nonprofit strategy, community storytelling, and trauma-informed spaceholding.
Heather helps people, organizations, and communities make care more visible, more accessible, and more human.
She brings lived experience, creative vision, systems awareness, and deep relational intelligence to projects that support caregivers, educators, families, artists, and community builders.
This is not consulting in the traditional sense.
It is stewardship.
It is listening for what is trying to become, Then helping shape it into something clear, fundable, useful, and alive.
